In 2024, I noticed a growing pain point among HR professionals, recruiters, and non-tech working professionals—they wanted to transition to tech roles but didn’t know how. Coding felt out of reach, but they had strong communication, process, and stakeholder skills that were going underutilized.
That’s when it hit me:
Business Analysis is the perfect bridge.
