10-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality and value of our Business Analyst courses. If you find that our course is not the right fit for your learning needs, we offer a 10-day money-back guarantee from your enrollment date.
To be eligible for a refund under our 10-day money-back guarantee:
Timeline: You must submit your refund request within 10 calendar days of your course enrollment date
Course Progress: You must have completed less than 25% of the total course content
Request Method: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to help@balaunchpad.in
Reason: Please provide a brief explanation of why the course is not suitable for your needs
What's Not Covered
The following are not eligible for refunds under our 10-day guarantee:
You must have not completed more than 50% of the course content.
Corporate training programs or group enrollments.
Requests submitted after the 10-day window has expired.
In case of medical reasons, the course will be rescheduled for the upcoming batch as per the convenience of the learner.

How to Request a Refund

Course name and enrollment date
Order/Transaction ID
Brief reason for the refund request
Response Time: We will acknowledge your request within 24-48 hours and provide a decision within 3-5 business days

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the course content, please contact our support team immediately at help@balaunchpad.in. We will work to resolve technical issues promptly, and if we cannot provide a satisfactory solution, we may extend the refund eligibility period on a case-by-case basis.
Course Cancellation by BA Launchpad
In the rare event that we need to cancel a course:
We will provide at least 48 hours advance notice
You will receive a full refund automatically within 5-7 business days
Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your enrollment to another available course of equal or lesser value
Promotional Offers and Discounts
Any promotional bonuses or additional materials received may need to be returned or their value may be deducted from the refund amount
Courses purchased during promotional periods are generally eligible for refunds under the same 10-day policy
Group discounts and corporate rates may have different refund terms as specified in separate agreements
Post-Refund Access
Once a refund is approved and processed:
Your access to the course materials will be immediately revoked
Any downloaded materials should be deleted from your devices
Course completion certificates (if any) will be invalidated
You will be unenrolled from any associated communities or discussion forums
Disputes and Appeals
